"Definitely do half a scoop if you're new to this. Even 3/4 scoop, after I started working out, the focus increased, with good pump but unliked the old Jack3D and other preworkouts that had strong stimulation effect, this one did not get me all jittery. I had so much energy after a heavy workout, I ended up going home and was doing project outside lifting heavy items and running around for another 3-4 hours. VERY happy with the product and have found something worth buying again!"
