DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Powder: Take 1 level scoop (1000 mg) 30 minutes prior to a meal in the morning and 1 scoop 30 minutes prior to a meal 6-8 hours later.
Capsules: Take 1 serving (2 capsules) twice daily with 16 ounces of water or your favorite beverage approximately 30 minutes prior to meals.
