The Metabolic Nutrition On-The-Go Canister is a red, BPA-free container for carrying powder with you, so you can bring a pre-measured scoop of protein or pre-workout to the gym or work instead of the whole tub. It measures 8.5 x 17 cm, with a listed capacity of 200 mL per container.
Straight talk: 200 mL holds a scoop or two of most powders, not a full day's worth. Think single-serving portability, not bulk storage.
