Shipping & Ordering
Shipping & Ordering
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. 96% of our orders go out the same day they're placed.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Buy Online, Pick Up In Store
You can order online and pick up at any of our six locations. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that email before heading to the store.
If your store has everything in stock, your order is typically ready within two hours during store hours.
If any item has to come from another store, we need one full business day to complete the transfer before your order is ready.
Haven't received your ready-for-pickup email? Call the pickup store directly and they'll check on it for you. Store numbers are on our Store Locator page.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Standard domestic delivery takes no longer than seven business days from the day your order ships. Free Value Shipping typically arrives in 2 to 6 business days.
Expedited services are available at checkout if you need it sooner. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Free Shipping
Orders of $39.99 or more ship free within the continental United States.
Drinks and ready-to-drink products are excluded from free shipping because of their weight. Shipping on those items is calculated at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $39.99, and all drink orders, are quoted live at checkout based on weight and destination. You'll see the exact cost and every available service level before you pay.
We ship with USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx, and pick the carrier that gets your order to you at the best rate.
Where We Ship
Continental US — free over $39.99, otherwise calculated at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories — rates quoted at checkout. Free shipping applies to the continental United States only.
PO Boxes — shipped via USPS, rates quoted at checkout.
APO, FPO and DPO — shipped via USPS, rates quoted at checkout. See below for how to format your address.
International — we ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia and France. Rates quoted at checkout.
APO, FPO and DPO Addresses
We ship to military and diplomatic addresses. These go out through USPS, which is the only carrier that delivers to military post offices, so USPS will be the only option you see at checkout. Free shipping applies to the continental United States only, so military addresses are quoted at checkout.
How to enter your address
A military address is entered differently from a street address, and one wrong field is the most common reason a package comes back to us. Use these exact values:
- Country — choose United States. Do not choose the country you are stationed in.
- Address — your unit and box number, for example UNIT 2050 BOX 4190, CMR 1234 BOX 5678 or PSC 123 BOX 456.
- City — enter APO, FPO or DPO. Nothing else goes in this field.
- State — pick the one matching your ZIP. AA is Armed Forces Americas, for ZIPs starting 340. AE is Armed Forces Europe, which also covers the Middle East, Africa and Canada, for ZIPs starting 090 through 098. AP is Armed Forces Pacific, for ZIPs starting 962 through 966.
- ZIP code — your full military ZIP, including the four digit extension if you have one.
- Name — the recipient's full legal name. Military mail will not accept a nickname.
Leave the host city and country out completely. Do not write Germany, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, or any other foreign city or country anywhere in the address. Adding it hands your package to that country's postal service instead of the military mail system, which means long delays or a return to sender.
A correct address looks like this:
SGT JANE DOE
UNIT 2050 BOX 4190
APO AE 09204-4190
What to expect
Military mail takes longer than domestic delivery. Plan on two to four weeks, and sometimes longer depending on your location and mail cycle. The seven business day domestic delivery window does not apply to APO, FPO or DPO orders.
Tracking works until your package reaches the military postal system, then usually stops updating until it is delivered. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.
We complete the customs declaration for you, so there is nothing for you to fill out.
Some items cannot be mailed to certain military ZIP codes, and the restrictions vary by destination. If something in your order cannot ship to your address, we will contact you before it goes out.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order any time before it ships. If payment was only authorized, we void the authorization. If payment was already captured, we issue a refund, which takes up to three business days from the time we start it.
Address changes, including adding an apartment or unit number, can be made as long as your order hasn't shipped. Once an order has shipped, we're generally unable to change the delivery address.
Lost, Damaged, and Undeliverable Packages
Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand your package to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at cs@getyokd.com right away and we'll help you file a carrier claim. For packages returned to us as undeliverable, see our Returns policy.
International Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country.
It is the customer's responsibility to know their country's import laws before ordering. We cannot monitor the regulations of every destination country. If a shipment is seized, refused, or destroyed by customs, we are not able to issue a refund or replacement.
