We truly believe this is the only fully dosed RTD pre workout on the market! Now in terms of ingredients, we have packed every feature and dose from the regular Total War powder into the Total War RTD, except for two ingredients. SUGGESTED USE:
WHEN IT COMES TIME TO BRING THE NOISE FOR A WORKOUT, ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE BY DRINKING HALF A BOTTLE PRIOR TO TRAINING. ONCE YOUR TOLERANCE IS ASSESSED DRINK ONE BOTTLE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TRAINING. DO NOT EXCEED 1 BOTTLE IN A 24-HOUR PERIOD.

"A shipment of 4 cases were ordered. Yok'd split up the shipment into 2 packages and FedEx has lost the 2nd package. Reached out to Yok'd day of...Nothing. Reached out a 2nd time after FedEx determined it was not retrievable and for them to file a claim to start reimbursement or compensation...Nothing. When I needed to place the order, they were really quick to get back to me about my shopping cart items though. Change my mind!"
