Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 2 scoops within 24 hours, consumed at least 4 hours apart. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for additional fluid intake. Keep out of reach of children. DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 scoop with 4-6 fl oz of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before training.

"When I first started working out, I used to drink C4 Ultimate and it just just barely doing the trick. It gave me energy in the beginning but I found my self getting burned out half way through my workout. Then my boyfriend introduced me to Bucked up in the flavor strawberry watermelon and I cannot describe to you how delicious it tastes!! Not only that, but the drive it gives you, it makes you want to keep pushing yourself! I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a new pre workout !"
