Niacin, (vitamin B3), is found in many foods, including meat, fish, eggs, green vegetables and grains and can also be synthesized in the body from the amino acid tryptophan. Niacin is a water-soluble vitamin and is not stored in the body so it must be continually replaced through diet.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with food daily, or as directed by your physician.
