The timeless classic pastry, the cinnamon roll has now transformed to fit into the fitness industry. Each Sweet Roll contains 20 grams of protein derived of casein, collagen peptides, and whey protein isolate. 5 to 6 grams of net carbs and less than 1 gram of sugar. Sweet Rolls are now available in 3 flavors, Cinnamon, Chocolate, and Wild Berry (I would rank them in that exact order).
