Big Back Lifting Grips are the most effective weightlifting grips you can buy, regardless of price.

You can use our lifting grips for training biceps and triceps and for your chest and shoulder workouts. They are great on opposing-hand dead lifts. And on cables, chinning bars and lat machines, it’s really a whole new level of back workout.

Great

Works great. It takes a bit to get used to them if you are used to straps but they are effective.

Love these Grips!

These grips help me with my pullups. The gym I go to doesn’t have a pullup bar that is small enough in width so I have to hold onto the bar where there are no grips and my hands slide. Now that I have these grips, I have no issues. Definitely recommend!

Great grip.

I prefer these rubber flat grips because they serve the purpose, great grip, comfortable and your hands stay cool. Not like lifting leather or vinal gloves that bondal up at the crease of ones knuckles and makes your hands suet wich can cause very smelly gloves and even fungus.

Comfortable and durable

I just got them a wk ago. They feel great. I've been using this kind of thing for over 15 years. These are the best ones I've had as far as comfort and durability. I bought 3 packs because it took me 2 wks to find. They shipped them out fast.
