All-New Inspired Nutraceutical’s CR3 Nitrate Creatine

Inspired Nutraceuticals is getting ready to ship out their all-new version 4 of their CR3 creatine supplement which has been a Get Yok’d favorite for years. We initially loved the product because of its combination of pump and creatine mixture, followed closely by creatine hydrochloride (HCL). Let's take a look at what has changed between the two versions.

Inspired Nutraecuticals CR3 Serving Size:

Both versions come with 120 capsules per bottle and each serving size is 4 capsules. This is a true 30 day supply.

How to consume Inspired Nutra’s CR3:

Remains the same as before. Take one serving (4 capsules) before training, typically with pre-workout and on non training days, take one serving at anytime. On non-training days I would recommend you take it around the same time you would on your training days.

What’s in the new CR3 Nitrate?

New CR3 Nitrate contains 2,500 mg of Creatine Nitrate (as NO3-T), 50 mg of Senactiv (same as version 3), and 50 mg of AstraGin (same as before). With the fourth generation of the CR3, Inspired Nutra has completely removed Con-Cret creatine (creatine hcl).

What is Creatine Nitrate (NO3-T)?

Creatine Nitrate is a new form of creatine that is based off of creatine monohydrate. Creatine is bonded to nitrate molecules in theory to make it more soluble and more bioavailable in supplements. You may have noticed NO3-T being incorporated in products such as Cellucor’s C4 or Scivation’s Xtend.
